Some practices to help you PAUSE
– STOP taking up anything new till you complete everything on hand
– Next, decide on what you will STOP doing, continue doing & start doing
– Clearly define your working days & hours and abide by the same
– Schedule short 5 min breaks in between back to back meeting
– Make good nutrition, regular exercise & a good sleep pattern your way of life
– In daily interactions, take a pause before you react. Count backwards from 10 to 1, drink a glass of water, focus on your breath or just step away from the situation for a moment.
